| I can do it . . maybe |
I'm going to brave the unknown this year, it's been an idea of mine for the past . . . oh 2 hours. I just got off the phone with my Dad and made the announcement so it's official, I'm going to make Easter dinner. Don't get all excited it's not for a swarm of family just myself, Anna and my parents. I'm feeling ambitious and slightly Betty Crocker not feed the planet psycho Martha, it's all about baby steps. Can't go scaring myself off from cooking, that and maybe after this my mom will stop giving me a hard time about not cooking even though I took 2 years of culinary arts in High School. I must be up to 20 or so Chicken Pot Pies that I owe her (interest on a promise a few years old). I'll get help on my shopping list to make sure I don't forget anything, will go out Friday to do some shopping and all will be well.
