This last weekend I finally had the chance to see V for Vendetta. It was a good movie, though I have yet to really see what it was about that movie that sent my brother overboard with praise about it.

One would think, given previous blogs, that V and Evey would have fallen into my favorite grouping for Couples since I have a thing for couples were one or both of them dies and the couple never really getting to be a couple. Since it happened here you'd think that would be the case . . . but it wasn't. There was something that didn't sit right about it . . . it wasn't until the next day that I figured it out as I recalled one of my old blogs. It's the eyes that get me, those glances . . . well V's eyes stay hidden thru the whole entire movie and it's the guy's glances that seal the deal on my favorite movie couples. So I'm sorry to say V and Evey don't make it into the golden circle.

Not to mention he TORTURES her for part of the movie, as odd as I am in my fav couples that really isn't a strike in the right direction for V.
